Cancellation Policy
Massage Session Policy:
As a courtesy to the massage therapists, massage appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time or the massage client is responsible for payment in full for the massage session that was missed.
*No future appointments will be allowed until payment has been rendered for the missed massage.
Acupuncture Session Policy:
As a courtesy to Dr. Kori and the other patients waiting for appointments, Acupuncture sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time or the patient is responsible for payment in full for the missed Acupuncture session.
*No future appointments will be allowed until payment has been rendered for the missed appointment.
